The Clock fund with HPG and City of Hornell Mayor, Shawn Hogan continues on and it not to late to get your name on the plate on the Clock. If you are iInterested in pledging $250 you will have their name engraved on the base of the large clock that is located across the street from City Hall. In addition, each donor will receive a desk size miniature replica clock engraved with the donor’s name.
