HPG and City of Hornell Mayor Shawn Hogan have taken the lead in forming The Hornell Clock Fund Drive. Interested parties pledging $250 will have their name engraved on the base of the large clock that is located across the street from City Hall. In addition, each donor will receive a desk size miniature replica clock engraved with the donor’s name.
