You’ll be responsible for preparing food and beverages, maintaining cleanliness and food safety standards, operating the register, and ensuring excellent guest experience. This role requires strong teamwork, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and upholding company values.\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nFollow Brand standards, recipes, and systems\nFollow food safety standards\nPrepare food and beverages\nAssemble and package orders and serve to guests\nUnderstand restaurant menu including limited time offers and promotions and be able to answer guest questions\nMaintain a clean and organized workstation\nClean equipment and guest areas\nStocking items such as cups, lids, etc at workstation\nTake orders at the Drive Thru or Front Counter POS and handle payments (when applicable)\nFollow and achieve speed of service standards\nServe and communicate with guests\nMaintain a guest focused culture in the restaurant\nCommunicate effectively with managers and coworkers\nOrganize and maintain stock room and refrigerated areas\n\n\nRequirements\n\nQualifications\nMinimum 16 years of age\nPhysical Demands\nThe associate must be able to move/lift up to 20 lbs\nWhy Join Indus Hospitality Group?\nAt Indus Hospitality Group, we offer a dynamic work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
