DESCRIPTION:St. Ann’s Church Celebrating 175th Jubilee Year\nNote: Times for the Sand Sculpture are estimated. I will do my best to do a live an/or update everyone when this his happening.\nAn 8-foot-long by 8-foot-high sand sculpture of St. Ann’s Church will be on display as part of the 175th celebration. Eric Jones, Caricature Artist/Sculptor, will be creating the sculpture on Thursday, July 23rd and Friday, July 24th. The community is welcome to come watch him display his amazing talents.\nThe exact time is not known at the time of the post; I will do my best to do a live when it is happening.\nThe church began its celebration in July 2025 with many activities planned throughout the year. There was a prayer service held at the original spot of the first church on the corner of Cass and Buffalo Street. Fr. Benedict Bayer was the first pastor of St. Ann’s Church. There were also several church tours, displays of church memorabilia, family portraits for a church directory, and a time capsule that will be buried at the end of the celebration.\nSt. Ann’s church will end its 175th Jubilee Anniversary on Sunday, July 26th.
