Job Title:  Customer Service Representative for established insurance company

Job Description: Must have exceptional computer skills; help customers via phone, email, and text; learn billing system and take payments; upload, attach, and transmit documents; appointment scheduling; assist staff as needed.

Qualifications: Prior office experience.  Licensed to sell insurance in New York State a big plus or willingness to get licensed.
