Affordable Veterinary Service was founded in 1996 by Dr. Lillian Ramos. Dr. Ramos and her team have been providing quality veterinary care and services to pets in the areas surrounding Hornell, NY, from Avoca to Andover. We care for companion pets, like cats and dogs, and exotic pets, like birds and rabbits.
